Our goal is to maintain a positive and safe environment for all players. If you have a concern or an incident to report, please use this form to share the details. The information you provide will help the league respond appropriately. All reports are reviewed by the WSA Board with a commitment to fairness, safety, and support for our volunteer coaches and players. Anonymous submissions are accepted; however, please note that anonymity may limit our ability to follow up, investigate thoroughly, or resolve the concern.
